What’s the process after I inquire?
Once you contact us, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Then we’ll create a custom design proposal. After approval, we begin production. You’ll receive updates throughout the entire process.
How long does it take to receive my custom jewelry?
Custom orders usually take between 3 to 5 weeks from design approval, depending on the complexity of the piece. We'll give you an accurate timeline once we confirm your order.
Are your lab-grown diamonds certified?
Yes. Every lab-grown diamond we use is certified by IGI or GIA, two of the most respected gemological institutes in the world. Each diamond comes with a detailed grading report and is laser-inscribed with its certificate number for full transparency and authenticity.
